Bob Pullar
  Pastor/Executive Director
of Ministry Development
Rivercenter Int'l Network
of Christians

Bob Pullar has over 25 years of ministry experience in the Elk River Community. In 1991 he worked with a team to establish Living Waters Church. As a Pastor he has worked to help promote unity and bridge the gap between churches. He recently released the Pastorate of Living Waters Church to his friend and Associate Dave Weigel so that he might better serve the Elk River community.

This change has freed Bob, and his wife Marci, to join forces with Chuck and Kathi Ripka in the establishment of Rivercenter; a ministry resource center that is dedicated to serving the city for the sake of bringing God's transformation to the Elk River region and beyond. He serves on various boards and continues to give leadership to the advancement of unity in the church and marketplace. Whether teaching at home or in the nations, Bob delights in making the Bible easy to understand, "so we can spend our time living it, rather then just learning it!"

Bob and Marci have been married for 29 years and have a son John, living with them at home, a married daughter, Renae, son-in-law Brian and grandson, Josiah. They attend Living Waters Church in Elk River, Minnesota and serve as a part of the leadership team.

Richard Sicheneder

  Auctioneer/Prayer Minister
Truth & Freedom Ministries
Richard Sicheneder had a radical spiritual turn around in his life at age 45 during a time of devastation and brokeness. As he began to seek after God for his own deliverance from his previous life experiences, he discovered a deep desire to learn more about healing and prayer. He was mentored and trained by Dr. Paul L. Cox at Aslan's Place Ministry Center in Hesperia, California and also learned much about deliverance from many others over the years. Richard claims, "God tricked me into the deliverance ministry."

After many mistakes and learning much from those failures, Richard has discovered some important tools that have brought great results in a ministry that has  brought healing to many people in all areas of the world.  He has discovered the resources and experiences to help teach, equip and impart what he has gleaned from the Lord over the past eight years.

Richard has been an auctioneer for 20+ years, selling vehicles at the auto auctions.   Spending time with his stepson, Ryan, his daugther-in-law, Lolis, and the three grandchildren; Alec, Hannah and Josue are his favorite pastime. He currently resides in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota but has plans to move to Elk River in the future.

                      Dupree Logan
Business Development

Dupree Logan has a powerful testimony of how God saved him out of 15 years of drug addition that had him in bondage to sin and shame. After receiving Jesus Christ as his Savior and Lord, Dupree enrolled in a bible training school and began to answer the call of God upon his life. Dupree had a passion to reach others who were bound and broken so he took his testimony throughout the cities of the Midwest preaching the message of deliverance. In 1989 Dupree and his family moved to Kenya Africa to lead a team of missionaries to build a bible college, while there Dupree also started Spiritual Life Church - Kenya.

Upon their return from Kenya the Logan's moved to Illinois, where they founded Way of Life Ministries to serve as an outreach to youth and those with addictions. Dupree also pastored at Way of Life Church. Since returning to Minnesota, he has worked with inter-city pastors helping them to establish businesses that are founded on kingdom principles.

Dupree and his wife Ruth have been married for over 43 years. They have been blessed with two sons Kevin and Michael, and two grandsons, Justin and Joseph.
